I used a photo type of publication. I used Phreeting to create a postcard. The tool was free and no there wasn't any extra components available for purchase. The tool was very easy to figure out. They gave you simple instructions. Two simple step process. It had pretty decent quality. I would use this tool while I'm on vacation. Yes I would recommend this to anyone who loves to travel. I would give the tool a 5 overall because you just selected a photo of their choice.

I used BeFunky picture editor. The tool that was used was a free and there were extra components available for purchase such as different filters and effects. I think the tool was very easy to figure out if you know how to use any photo app on your cellular device. It was simple on how to create to publication I wanted, even the collage was easy to make. The editor did create well developed great quality with the effect. Makes it look like a created it by hand. I would use this tool for a poster or when Im posting something to a social media site. Yes I would recommend this to anyone who loves taking pictures for instagram or Facebook. I would give this a 8 overall.

SURVEY

I used a Survey type publication to make a poll for students to answer. The tool was free. It was very easy to create a poll. I quickly was able to figure it out. I didn't find any extra components available to purchase. It was not hard at all to create the publication using the tool. A middle school kid could do it. The quality was excellent. It worked well, in order to respond answer, you just text a number to the number they provide. Their wasn't any glitches or issues. I would use this tool to create a quick poll on something I was debating with someone. I would recommend it . I would give this tool a 8.

You can create flashcards using this tool. The tool was %100 free and it did offer extra components if you purchased the pro version. It included image uploading, voice recording, ad free studying, and unlimited classes. It was a piece of cake figuring it out. The publication was simple to use, just fill in the blanks with your information. It function perfectly and no glitches. I would use this tool whenever Im studying for a test. I would recommend this to all of my friends. This tool gets a 10 because its perfect simple. 

AVATAR

(Face your Manga)

With this publication you can create your own avatar. The tool was indeed from and didn't offer anything else to purchase that I saw. The tool was an easy tool. All you had to do was select the items you wanted and the computer handles the rest.  The publication was not hard at all to create my avatar. It gave me a very well quality avatar that I would show off. Im not sure when I would use an avatar and I would recommend it to someone if they needed to make one. I would give it a 10 because mines came out cool.

This publication is used to create 3D characters. Yes the tool was free. It wasn't hard to figure out just like the others and it looked decent. It was pretty simple to figure out. I would use this tool for a class project on creating avatars only. I might recommend this. I would rate this a 6 overall.

COMIC/ANIMATION

(Toondoo)

With toondoo I was able to create a hilarious comic strip. The tool was indeed free and there was no extra things available for purchase. The tool was a little trick starting off but once you figure out how things go your good. It was pretty easy, but it was a slow start. The tool I used did give me great quality on my strip, it let me create a simple image that others will get a good laugh from it. I would use this tool if i wanted to create some funny or serious comic strips when Im bored. I would recommend this to a few friends for a challenge. I would give this a 9 overall. You could also make a small book. 

(GO ANIMATE)

Go animate is a web application which you can create animated cartoons. The tool was free to pretty much try it out. In order to you to publish the video and get extra themes you had to subscribe to a membership. The tool was very simple to work. Just type in what you wanted to say and pick your characters and the video made itself. It functioned very well. There wasn't any glitches. I would use this tool to advertise for cheap. Yes, I would recommend this tome someone who wanted to promote online. I rate this a 10 overall because it looks professionally done. 

Social Media

Social Media has become a big part of our society “trend”. Majority the younger generation but still the older generation is active.  Social Media if you haven’t noticed can have a few effects on our lives let me give you a few.  1. With a lot of photo taking, some people take pictures of their food and it could be a sign of eating or weight disorders. To be honest, not everyone who does it has a problem with food. 2. Studies have founded in young adults in college, if you love yourself more, you’d prefer twitter. Young people love the importance of their own opinions. 3. Teenagers who are on Facebook show more “narcissistic tendencies”. They are more likely depression, psychological disorders, psychological disorders and lower grades.

In my opinion social media can have a good or bad impact on how we view ourselves, how others see things and us we do. Its how we use it. In love me some social networking. It helps me keep up with others that are around me and those who I cherish the most. I don’t use Facebook a lot anymore because I believe that it’s too many old folks on there. I love photography so I use Instagram more. I honestly don’t see a lot of these effects that I mention earlier. The people I see that post pictures of their foods are normally thin people. Nowadays it’s used to promote a lot of things.

Intro to ME

Hey everyone, my name is Markale Lovelace, I'm originally from Little Rock. I stayed at the same house all my life, which is 20 years. I have never moved until coming to Henderson, I like to think of my new home. I have three other siblings. I have two older brothers and have a sister who is the eldest. One brother is my identical twin.  My major was mass media, I am an artistic person. I have my way around a camera and drawing. I was interested in doing a few things with that but that didn't turn out right. I recently switched my major to Leisure Recreation which I believe will be good for me because I am a people person. If you ever looking for me, most likely you will find me in some gym. I lift weights and love to stay fit. Staying is something in life other than basketball that I find as a good hobby. I do play basketball for Henderson state; I came on as a walk-on. I enjoy hanging with my 3 friends, who also my teammates. We are gotten close as brothers. Basketball I will say has to be my passion. I am a great shooter. I am OCD about a few things and. I just love to be organized and comfortable to know where everything at and it looks good. This blog I am starting is about getting fit and ways to stay fit. I love to pump up my muscles and look good, so I decided why not to share a few things here and there.
